Thereshold for suppression of microwave after sensor in BIGpba applications.
Settings only available for metal detectors type BIGpba.
Small metal contaminations can remain in the product without causing any damage to presses. These small contaminations can cause problems in a microwave installed after the BIGpba metal detector. The correct settings in SMALL METAL MENU allows to detect the small contaminations. This detection generates an output signal to suppress the microwaves without triggering a reject.

Signal amplitude thereshold for small metal signals at 100% amplification for X and Y.
Range: 0 – 3.000 mV
DELAY SMALL METAL mm
Delay in mm after detection of small metal within the sensor until the corresponding digital output SMALL METAL is set to high.
Range: 0 – 30.000 mm
DURATION SMALL METAL ms
Duration in ms for which the digital output signal SMALL METAL will remain high.
Range: 20 – 30.000 ms

Counter of small metal events – can be reset im SMALL METAL menu.
