Sometimes the product effect phase has strong variations or drifts. MultiPhase much improves the detection performance and stability at such situations.
Multiphase +/-
Maximum tolerance or deviation for the product phase. Any product drift within this tolerance will automatically be compensated.
Multiphase TOL. X*/Y*
Additional scale factor to automatically scale TOL. X and TOL. Y during teaching a product.
BOOST FACTOR
Improves detection strength of small metals in certain situations, especially at product front and tail.
BIG METAL mV
Set another threshold to detect only big metal parts. The big metal detections are signalled on a separate output 'big metal'.

Automatic decrease of sensitivity. Typical application for cleaning processes of metal detectors type IN-Liquid
PHASE TRACK
Adjusts the product's phase during normal operation to compensate slow changes of the product effect phase.
PHASE
The setting of the product phase helps to blank out any product effect. It is set automatically during the TEACH process.
